The Got Hair RI can repair your hair piece whether or not you have purchased it here. There is a $55 deposit charge along with a $8.00 shipping charge when the the unit is sent to Got Hair RI for repair, and we have found that the average time is one hour. Clips are an additional $3.00 each.

Got Hair RI will contact you if repair is more than one hour

Please, when sending your unit, be specific as exactly what you want us to do. And note, we cannot be responsible for a unit that tears apart. Usually we can tell before working on the unit if this may be the case and will therefore, not work on the unit.
